Effective date: 04/01/2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Plentacle ("the App", "we", "us") handles information in connection with your use of the App on iOS. If the App is distributed to other platforms in the future, this Privacy Policy will be amended and re-agreement will be necessary to continue use of service(s).
Plentacle does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking SDKs, and no servers that we operate. Everything the App saves stays on your device.
The App saves the following data locally on your device using Apple's on‑device storage (SwiftData). This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:
'Favorite Cards' you mark within the App.
App preferences — your selected theme and card‑row size.
If you delete the App, this information is removed with it. You can also clear all favorites and reset preferences at any time from the Settings screen.
The App offers optional in‑app purchases (a "Plus" upgrade and donation tips), all handled by Apple's StoreKit platform. When you make or restore a purchase:
The transaction is processed by Apple. We do not see, store, or have access to your Apple ID, payment method, name, billing address, or any other payment details.
The App receives only a signed transaction receipt from Apple confirming entitlement to the purchased product.
Your purchase history with Apple is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
To be explicit, the App does not:
Collect your name, email, phone number, IP address, device identifier, or any other identifier we can link back to you.
Require or offer user accounts.
Use analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash‑reporting SDKs.
Track you across apps, websites, or devices (no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown because no tracking occurs).
Communicate with any servers we operate — we do not operate any.
Access your contacts, photos, camera, location, calendar, health data, motion data, or any other sensitive system permission, excluding what is detailed in the next section.
The App May Request access to
Microphone for the purpose of accessibility. More specifically-- and limited to-- voice-to-text and/or Voice Control functionality.
Because your favorites and preferences are stored in the App's sandbox on your device, they may be included in your device's encrypted iCloud or local backups if you have those enabled in iOS Settings. These backups are managed entirely by Apple and are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to them.
The App uses on‑device haptic feedback and other standard iOS rendering APIs. If you have "Share iPhone Analytics" enabled in your iOS Settings, Apple may collect anonymized diagnostic information about apps on your device, including Plentacle; this is handled directly by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy and is not shared with us.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from any user — of any age — because it does not collect information at all.
Because we do not collect or hold any personal data, there is nothing for us to access, export, correct, or delete on your behalf. You retain full control of the data the App stores on your device and can remove it by clearing favorites in Settings or by deleting the App.
This policy is intended to be consistent with applicable privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because no personal data is collected, many of the rights granted under those laws do not apply in practice.
If we ever update this Policy — for example, if a future version of the App begins collecting data — we will post the revised Policy here and update the "Effective date" at the top. If a future change introduces any form of data collection, we will provide clear in‑app notice before it takes effect.
